McCallum operates over 20 disability accommodation dwellings in Ballarat. These dwellings have been architectually designed specifically for people with disability and are located in suburbs close to essential services and public transport.
McCallum are continually investing in new Specialist Disability Accommodation in the Ballarat region.
We're currently accepting expressions of interest for new residents and are planning to construct more disability housing in the near future.
St Arnaud
McCallum operates 2 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) dwellings, as well as a Supported Independent Living dwelling in St Arnaud.
These houses provide independent living options, as well as 24 hour a day live in support by qualified and experienced staff.
Support is provided in all areas of a person’s life including skill development, personal care, recreation, leisure activities and goal setting.
McCallum houses are designed to enable residents to live as independently as possible. This is achieved by building quality houses using the latest assistive technologies, including things like hoists, adjustable height bench tops and sinks, as well as lighting, blinds and heating operated from smart devices.
