More disability housing on the way

New houses currently in the planning stage are under all four of the the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) design categories:

  • Improved Livability
  • Fully Accessible
  • Robust
  • High Physical Support

Finding the correct housing can be difficult and the time frame can be very long.  Our advice: start the process early and ensure you have the correct funding in your NDIS plan.
