Brett is one of only three Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialists in Commercial Litigation in Western Victoria. Brett has practiced law since 1998 and is a partner at Cinque Oakley Bryant Lawyers.

Brett has served on the McCallum Board since 2004 and was awarded Honorary Life Membership in 2023.

Wendy has extensive work experience in finance, manufacturing and logistics spanning 30 years in the agricultural, milling and bakery sector working in large corporates including Bunge Limited and Goodman Fielder.

Wendy has served on the McCallum Board since 2022.

Joe has extensive history working in the finance industry as former CEO of Victorian Savings & Loans and as a Senior Executive of St. George Building Society. He was Board member and Chair of State Council Victorian Building Societies Association. In addition, he was member and Chair of Central Highlands Regional Water Authority for approximately 15 years.

In 2000 Joe was elected Chair of McCallum Disability Service, the position he held until 2023. Under his leadership McCallum merged with Ballarat Regional Industries (BRI) and is now the largest Social Enterprise in Western Victoria employing over 300 people with disability. Joe is a Life Member of McCallum Disability Services.

Peter is a skilled marketing and advertising professional who has extensive business management skills and entrepreneurial knowledge. As an experienced director with over 20 years of service on the McCallum board, Peter has a sound understanding of the disability industry and is committed to helping McCallum positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Peter has served on the McCallum Board since 2005 and was awarded Honorary Life Membership in 2023.

Tim’s professional career spans 40 years in audit and other areas of public practice, including 6 years with major accounting firms Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young and as Partner of Ballarat accounting firm, Prowse Perrin & Twomey.

Tim has served on the McCallum Board since 2015.

Peta has over 25 years’ experience in accounting in both corporate and the not for profit sector, including 15 years at senior leadership level. She is currently the CFO of Haymes Paint. Peta has also served on various boards and committees, including 18 years on the Board of UFS Dispensaries Ltd., and 3 years on the Board of Beaufort & Skipton Health Service.

Peta has served on the McCallum Board since 2022.

Claire has over 15 year’s executive experience in human resources, organisational design and leadership development. Since 2016 Claire has worked as a business consultant, primarily with small to medium business on Human Resource Strategy, leadership coaching and culture.

Claire is currently working in her own business, Story Lab.

Claire has served on the McCallum Board since 2018.

Brett is a dynamic business leader that has delivered business transformation and growth in complex stakeholder environments, in both ASX listed public and private organisations. He has led several domestic and international business expansion initiatives including USA, China and Europe.

Key areas of expertise include corporate governance, risk management, product development and innovation, business strategy and growth, continuous improvement, building people capability and customer development.

Experience across a variety of sectors including automotive components and building product manufacturing, waste and recycling, major project management, professional services and sports administration.

Brett has served on the McCallum Board since 2022.

Mary brings a wealth of professional experience which includes Principal, Ballarat Special Development School, Principal Liaison Officer, Victorian Department Education, Team Leader Education Advisors, Royal Children’s Hospital Education Institute, Senior Program Manager – Mental Health, Ballarat and District Division of General Practice and Grampians Medicare Local and Consultant, Practice/Business Development.

Mary has served on the McCallum Board since 2008 and was awarded Honorary Life Membership in 2023.
